The Message
More than 10,000 babies turn 6 months old every day, which is when most American babies are introduced to solid foods. That means there are more than 20,000 parents confused about what and how to feed them.
Navigating the complexities of feeding our children is undeniably challenging. From the constant worry about choking hazards to keeping track of weight gain charts, managing potential allergies, and navigating the controversy about picky eating — it can feel like an overwhelming task.
Every parent wants to do the best for their babies, but with the persistence of childhood obesity and lifestyle-related health issues, we are left questioning where things have gone awry. So, we are taking it back to the beginning, to those very first morsels of solid foods.

You don't need to teach children to eat. They know how to eat. We're making it miserable for them and putting them off.
